What do you mean NO DEPOSIT?
Usually when looking for accommodation people are confronted by the high cost of moving into rented accommodation. It is normal practice to charge one months rent in advance, six weeks deposit.
This could be in excess of £1,900.00.
At Unlimited Properties we offer our unique NO DEPOSIT SCHEME. Instead of paying a huge deposit we require a letter of guar-antee that can be signed by a friend or rela-tive who owns a property in England.

You contact our office to arrange an appoint-ment, when viewing accommodation, you bring £150 (cash, cheque with or debit/credit card) The £150 is only left if you wish to re-serve the accommodation. The £150 is then deducted from your initial rental payment.
WHAT ARE THE RENTS ON THE ACCOMMODATION ?

IS ELECTRICITY INCLUDED ?
No. Each flat has its own meter which is read every 6 months. The tenant is billed the amount which is then paid with the next months rent.
IS COUNCIL TAX INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
Yes.
Yes. All the studios have wooden strip floors, single or double beds, rugs and wooden blinds. Most of the furniture is sup-plied by Ikea. All studios have their own kitchens with full size cookers, fridge/freezers, washing machines and fully tiled showers. The studios are double glazed.
HOW LONG ARE THE AGREEMENTS FOR ?
The Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agree-ments are for a minimum period of 6 months and subject to the Landlords con-sent are renewable.
IS THERE ANY MAINTENANCE ?
Yes. We have a full-time in-house mainte-nance team to take care of all your prob-lems in the flats. A cleaner cleans the common parts weekly.
IS THERE INTERNET / Wi Fi ?
Yes. Most studios have access to WI FI which for unlimited usage costs £6.99 per month. You can also install cable or Sky at your own cost.
